Welcome to Sky Laban ("Sky Laban", "we", "us", or "our"), a premium dessert brand and a SKY Groups venture based in Hyderabad, India. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, our ordering channels, and any interaction with our outlets or services.
By accessing our website, placing an order, or engaging with us through WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, or in person, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Our Products
Sky Laban offers desserts and beverages inspired by authentic Saudi and Egyptian recipes — including laban, salankatia, kunafa, cakes, and fresh drinks. Product names, descriptions, images, and available variants are provided for information only and may vary by outlet and availability.
Our products contain dairy, nuts, gluten, and other allergens. It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements before ordering. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from a specific allergen.
3. Orders & Ordering
Orders may be placed at our outlets in Kondapur and Shaikpet, or through WhatsApp at +91 97056 42786. When you place an order via WhatsApp, you are making a request to purchase, which is confirmed once we accept it and provide pricing and availability.
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where an item is unavailable or where we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are confirmed at the time of order through our outlets or WhatsApp and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice.
Payment is collected through the methods made available at our outlets or agreed at the time of ordering. Full payment may be required before preparation or delivery of certain items and custom orders.
5. Pickup & Delivery
Availability of pickup and delivery depends on your location and the outlet fulfilling your order. Estimated preparation and delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Sky Laban is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
As our desserts are freshly prepared perishable goods, orders that are already in preparation or completed generally cannot be cancelled or refunded. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at +91 97056 42786 on the same day so we can make it right.
7. Franchise Inquiries
Information submitted through our franchise inquiry form is for the purpose of evaluating a potential business relationship only. Submitting an inquiry does not create any franchise agreement, obligation, or guarantee of a franchise being granted. Any franchise relationship will be governed by a separate written agreement.

The Sky Laban name, logo, product names, imagery, branding, and website content are the property of Sky Laban / SKY Groups and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our brand assets without our prior written permission.
